***Overdraft Privilege is an overdraft service requiring no action on your part. You do not have to sign anything. The “Overdraft Privilege” limit is available from a Teller, ATM, Visa Check Card, ACH debit and Online Banking. If you are a new active account holder you may be able to use the privilege after 30 days after your account is. There is no additional cost associated with the privilege unless you use it. You will be charged our standard NSF of $30.00 for each item presented for payment where there are not sufficient funds in your account. If your account is overdrawn it should be brought to a positive balance within 30 days. If you are not able to do so we will send you a letter to notify you of your options. If after a period of time, your account has not been brought to a positive balance we may suspend your account and take other steps to recover the funds. Overdraft Privilege is a non contractual courtesy that is available to individually/jointly owned accounts in good standing for personal or business use. Fixed Rate Certificates of Deposit and IRA's are available for terms of 3 months to 60 months, $500.00 minimum deposit. Simple interest is paid by check, credited to another account, or compounded to the certificate. Variable rate IRA’s are available only for terms of 18 months. These certificates may automatically renew at the rate in effect on the renewal date.
